In this geographic area, the Paradise Valley Community Association (PVCA) coordinates the FEMA Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) program which is sponsored by Snohomish Regional Fire and Rescue.Â
The Paradise Valley Community Association (PVCA) is a 501-C-3 nonprofit formed with a single purpose - to provide insight and information to community members regarding emergency preparedness and response readiness.
